Joe Martin to give free presentation on education and motivation

The public is invited to attend a free presentation by Joe Martin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1, in the auditorium of the Penn State Beaver Student Union Building.

Widely recognized as one of the country’s leading educator motivators, Martin has trained, addressed and coached more than 110,000 teachers across the country and taught more than 450,000 students. He was voted as the National Speaker of the Year by the Association for Programming Campus Activities, was nominated twice for the Distinguished Teacher’s Award, and selected for Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. He is chairman of the Florida New Teachers Conference, author of several highly acclaimed books, and host of a weekly radio talk show, "Good Teachers." He is president and founder of Real World University (www.RWUniversity.com), one of the largest student success websites in the country, and is the creator of www.NewTeacherUniversity.com, an award-winning website for teachers.
