Campus Wins Award for Advertising Campaign
MONACA, PA - Penn State Beaver has won a Gold CUPPIE Award in the Advertising Campaign category from CUPRAP: The Association of Communicators in Education. The award is for “Get In On The Secret,” which featured personalized postcards and t-shirts packaged as books that were sent to prospective students in the fall.
Beaver campus staff members Dan Pinchot, director of enrollment, and Cathy Benscoter, marketing and Web specialist, along with Justin Vorbach, a junior business major from Sewickley who works for the Admissions Office, created the campaign. Benscoter will receive the award at the Third Annual CUPPIE Awards dinner on March 11 at the 30th Annual CUPRAP Conference at the Hotel Hershey.
