Campus Student Presents Research Results in New Orleans
Penn State Beaver sophomore Mei Kishiki recently presented her research results at the 235th National American Chemical Society Meeting and Exposition in New Orleans. She is a research student of Dr. Michael Hay, associate professor of chemistry at Beaver campus.
Kishiki presented an abstract co-authored with Hay entitled The Synthesis and Characterization of 2,3-Disubstituted-Thiazolidin-4-One Adducts of Iron (III) POSS Complexes. Kishiki, a major in the Division of Undergraduate Studies, is from Bethel Park, PA.
