The Health Advocate Tobacco Cessation Program
This confidential, 13-week Tobacco Cessation program helps you set up your own, workable plan to quit smoking cigarettes or other tobacco products with personalized help from a trained coach to motivate you every step of the way.
You have unlimited access to the same coach for the 13-week program, Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., EST. Call whenever you need support to stay on track.
You and your coach will come up with your own, personalized "quit plan" that includes techniques to help you with your specific triggers and cravings. Your coach can also provide guidance in using employer-paid nicotine replacement therapy, including medications and over-the-counter products, such as nicotine patches and gums.
When you are ready to quit, simply call to start working with a coach.
