In addition, these courses will help you prepare for an associate project management certificate, Lean certification, or Six Sigma Green Belt. Fundamental Project Management

Process Mapping for the Business Analyst
Understand flow mapping, SIPOC diagrams, Process Decomposition (NoUML content)
