Wizardry(Ages 8 and up) 

This camp promises to provide an exciting literary adventure centered around J. K. Rowling's best-selling children's novels.

To be accepted into the Hogwarts School at Penn State Beaver, you must read the first J. K. Rowling novel, Harry Potter and the Sorceror’s Stone prior to the start of camp. 

Campers will be sorted into the Houses of Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff. Discussions, drama, science, crafts, math, and games are designed to increase campers’ creativity, self-expression, self-esteem, individuality, sharing capabilities, and motivation.

Throughout the week, campers will learn how to play "Quidditch" the Penn State Beaver way. They'll vie for the coveted "Quidditch Cup" and demonstrate their new talents for friends and family on the last day of camp. 

Campers should bring a bagged lunch.

Dates: Monday - Friday, July 15 - July 19, 2013
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Fee: $245 (Includes snacks, craft supplies, and T-shirt)
