Digital Video & Movie Production

(Ages 11 and up)
 

In this hands-on course, campers will learn the basics of movie production, including storyboarding, types of video equipment and software required, composition of shots, camera angles, and how to do basic movie editing using Microsoft Movie Maker.

Teams of campers will write, direct, shoot, and edit a short film using techniques learned in class. A Film Festival scheduled at the end of the course will showcase the campers' work and creativity.
