Congratulations on becoming a Penn State Beaver student! Please review the timeline below. If you have questions that are not addressed in this information, please contact Jennie Ward, staff assistant, Office of Academic Records, 724-773-3789.
If you're applying for financial aid, please be sure to complete your FAFSA. Penn State recommends that you complete your FAFSA before March 1 in order to receive maximum consideration for all financial aid programs.
Steps You Need to Take
If you have not taken mathematics at your other institution, please contact Jennie Ward, 724-773-3789, and she will add you to the online placement testing database.
The Academic Records Office at Penn State Beaver will contact you to schedule an advising appointment. You will meet with an academic adviser who will review your transfer credits and degree audit and assist you in scheduling classes.
NOTE: Paying your acceptance fee at least three days prior to your advising appointment will ensure that your degree audit, your Penn State ID card, user ID, and password can be processed.
After your advising appointment, please bring the copy of your planned schedule to the Academic Records Office, room 102, Ross Administration Building, for entry.
